Mindful Eating Course will teach you how to find nourishment on and off the plate and empower you to create holistic practices that improve your relationship with food. This 12-module, online course is designed to help you uncover the different roots and drivers of compulsive and emotional eating.
You’ll explore how emotions, stress, body image, social and cultural influences, and a one-size-fits-all mindset can all contribute to eating for reasons beyond nourishment. Using self-coaching, you’ll explore a framework that draws upon the wisdom of your body to create your ideal relationship with food so mealtimes are filled with more ease and enjoyment. You’ll learn how to rewrite your eating story, deconstruct unwanted cravings, tap into intuitive eating principles, and create more supportive thought and behavior patterns on and off the plate. And, if you’re a Health Coach, you’ll learn how to support others in doing the same.
